Hey, I'm glad you posted some pics of them at the same age so I can get a better comparison. I think they do have the same nose and lips but the shape of their eyes are so different. And their coloring. I'm voting for --you can tell they're siblings-but not spitting image.
I agree with Lindsay that they definitely look like brothers, but I'm going to have to disagree with everyone on the nose. Christians points up, Joseph's came down more. Very similar, though! Such a cutie.
